No fairways - nightmarish condition!

Played 3 rounds from 21-24/12/2020 - last round today.
Course in in terrible condition, not suitable for golfing.
No grass in the most holes - absolutely wihout grass, just tussocs somewhere. Mosty trampled mud... slightly better 20-30 meters to green...
Greens looks maintened as the only part of course. No sand in bunkers, just dry mud - nobody care, nobody rake...
Greenfee 71 E is absolutely above understanding!!! Real value is something like 20 E. Buggy for 38 E is crowning fhis crazy story... broken seats, broken front glass - 3 times - every day the very same apology - “... sorry sir we have problems with material...” - no discount, just bullshit...
Never again.
Go to Fuerteventura GC - 3 km far from Salinas.

The fairways are really not good and the bunkers are not maintained at all. The sand is so hard that it is not playable. It is a really a shame because the design of this course is good, even if it is a short course. The rough is replaced by little volcanic stones. It is nice to see but unfortunately not playable. The play is slow and there is no control of handicap. The price of the green fee is ok and the people of the front desk very nice.

We are newcomers, playing since 4 month on different golf courses in Belgium, Germany and above all Mallorca and the Canary islands Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.
Three days ago, we played in Fuerteventura Golf and were very satisfied with the friendly people at the reception and with the golf course.
The next day we wanted to play at Golf Club Salinas de Antigua and went to the reception to have some information and to make a T time.
Waauw!!! We entered the Pro shop/Reception. The lady was looking at Internet. Didn't even look at us when we were in front of her; did not say Hello. Nothing.
When I asked if I could have some information, she finally looked at us and answered with a very arrogant "Yes".
Stop, Schluss, Fini, Basta. We will spent our money on the Canaries in Costa Teguise, Tias and Fuerte Golf but surely NOT in Las Salinas.

We've been playing the course for about 10 years now and again and really like the course design. The course is very well adapted to its barren surroundings. A real Fuerteventura course, also because of its location: exposed to the wind, always overlooking the sea. The fairways were playable and the greens were in good condition. Overall still a nice place. Some of the water hazards, however, are very “empty”. Little water and therefore not so pretty to look at. All previous reports about the pro shop and the condition of the driving range are correct. Nevertheless, we would recommend the place. It is still worth a visit next to the Fuerteventura GC. We hope that the economic situation of the place will soon stabilize again.

After we had played the course four times since 2018, we now had to realize that Corona has probably also left its mark here. While we used to be impressed by the staff in the secretariat and the greenkeepers, the remaining employees only partially distract from the bad condition. No pro shop, only limited opening hours at the restaurants. But the worst thing was that all the toilets on the course and also in the cart hall at the clubhouse were closed.

We were on Fuerte in November 2021 and played all 4 golf courses on the island. None of the four comes even close to the places on Tenerife and Gran Canaria. If you are planning a pure golf vacation on Fuerteventura, you should better reschedule.
The Salinas de Antigua Golf Club occupies just 1 out of 4 in our ranking.
The square has a much more interesting design than its neighbor. Hills to the left and right of the fairways make the course of the fairways easier to see and make the game more challenging.
The course is flat and easy to walk. You have a sea view from many lanes.
Bunker a bit better than the neighbor's but still not good. At least there are rakes here.
