Esta fue nuestra segunda vez en este hotel. El personal es muy, muy amable y servicial. El hotel y las habitaciones están limpios y bien. La comida es muy buena, ya sea en el desayuno buffet por la mañana o en el buffet por la noche.
El campo de golf directamente en el hotel está bien mantenido y es desafiante. También en este caso el personal, ya sea en la sede del club o en el campo, es muy amable y servicial.

Nos decepcionaron las 5 estrellas. Incluso si es una categoría nacional. Definitivamente no era un hotel de 5 estrellas. Es un buen hotel de 3 estrellas y si hubiésemos llegado con estas expectativas la decepción no habría sido tan grande. Todo comienza con la selección del desayuno buffet y la media pensión con cena que lo acompaña fue realmente muy manejable. Las zonas públicas como el restaurante y el bar no invitaban a quedarse. El ambiente es frío y tiene poco ambiente.
Los precios en el bar eran demasiado caros, los precios de las bebidas como en un hotel de 5 estrellas, las tapas eran tremendamente caros y el sabor regular.
El personal, por otro lado, fue muy amable. No duramos toda la estancia allí y al final nos regalamos otro alojamiento.

How do I book my trip online?

Once your stay is confirmed by the hotel (usually within one working day), you will receive our confirmation email together with an invoice for the amount due. How can I pay for my trip?
The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. In the our email with your invoice you will find the link to the online payment system as well as the invoice in PDF format with our bank details.
By when do I have to pay for my trip and how much is the deposit?

How can I redeem my discount code?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
