Zala Springs Golf Resort is Hungary’s first master planned golf resort community, which is unique both in Hungary and in Central Europe. Here you will experience the highest level of comfort, service and cuisine in a resort that has been created purely for pleasure and relaxation.

The celebrated warm mineral therapeutic springs of Hévíz is at your doorstep attracting guests from all over the world. The destination of Zala is in the heart of the ancient wine-making region of Balaton. Just off the M7 motorway the resort is conveniently located 2 hours drive from Budapest and Vienna.
The resort is a 10 minutes drive from Hévíz Airport which already serves many international destinations.
This exclusive residential golf complex on a 160 hectares estate alongside the Zala River encompasses a Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole championship golf course, luxury apartment houses, beautifully planned individual villas, the clubhouse with a fine dining restaurant and a bar, a conference center and many sports and recreational offerings available all year round. Breathtaking vineyards are dotted around the estate and along the fairways of what will soon be one of the finest golf courses in Central Europe.

A unique golf experience is guaranteed by one of the world’s finest course designers Robert Trent Jones, Jr., whose outstanding career spans more than four decades. The 18 hole championship golf course is 6650 m long (PAR 72) built within natural reserves, vineyards and lakes and will be ready in August 2015.
DRIVING RANGE
The driving range has been constructed with all the latest concepts and training facilities guaranteeing advanced players or beginners the possibility to refine or practice the game of golf. The driving range has 12 fully covered practice areas and 40 open air practice areas. Other facilities include 18 hole putting green, practice bunker and pitching facilities. Our fully qualified PGA professionals are able to teach in Hungarian, English, German, Italian and Spanish languages. The driving range club house has light food and beverage services with a mini pro shop.
CLUBHOUSE
Our state of the art, 3-storied, 3000 m2 clubhouse offers reception, pro shop, golf simulator room, changing rooms, television and cigar room and Spike Bar with bistro restaurant. Also on the first floor a fine dining international restaurant with the possibility of a private area to organise lunches, dinners and small meetings for companies, and family occasions.
On the club house terrace area by the 18th green we will have an outside restaurant and bar with beautiful views onto the golf course. The outside terrace bar is going to be built around an 18 hole fully illuminated putting green which will give the golf players and guests the possibility to practice also in the evenings.

The clubhouse includes a gourmet restaurant and also a charming bistro restaurant with spike bar which will offer several different international signature dishes using fresh and seasonal ingredients. So whether you are meeting for business or pleasure or just completing a perfect day on the course, we offer something for everyone, anytime of the day. You can be assured that your dining experience there will be simply unforgettable!
Our unconcealed intent is to familiarize our guests with the Hungarian wine culture. Hungary has a long tradition as a wine producer and there are currently 23 appellations in the country. One of the best regions for producing wine is the Balaton region with local producers winning medals all over the world. A unique feature is our wine tasting center and wine cellar – a showcase for the industry, reserved vintages and unique opportunities for residents to acquire and store some of the finest wines of the country.
The outside terrace bar is built around an 18 hole fully illuminated putting green which will give the golf players and guests the possibility to practice also in the evenings.

Zala Springs Golf Resort provides individual and group instruction and can personalise golf clinics for advanced players or beginners alike. We also organise company and school programmes which can be held in Hungarian, English, German, Italian or Spanish.

At Zala Springs Golf Resort we have a variety of Junior Programs, from Junior Clinics to weekly and daily Junior Day Camps.
ANDREA FERLITO - HEAD PRO
The new Head Pro of Zala Springs Golf Resort, Andrea Ferlito came from a small Italian town of Varese. He was the son of golfer parents, so he had the opportunity to get to know this beautiful sport at a very early age of 4. He was hardly 20 years old when he already worked as an assistant golf instructor for the National Italian Women Golf Team. During his career he worked with such golf instructor legends like Chuck Cook (instructor of Tom Kite and Ben Crenshow). He was the intstructor of a young Slovenian prodigy (age of 14) in the past 5 years.
Andrea arrived to Zala Springs Golf Resort to the invitation of Anthony Monti General Manager. He is very much looking forward to his work here in Hungary. He will be able to train Guests in English, Italian and Spanish languages.

Fantastic golf course with a value for money!

I played at this golf course a few weeks ago right after the second covid-19 shutdown and I was very impressed with everything.
The quality of the course is phenomenal. The value is great. The service was spectacular. I have nothing but glowing remarks for this course.
Perfectly executed in a cadence with its surrounding.
By the way, my son attended a junior golf camp for kids and the coach was pretty darn good and really catered to the kids.

I played almost 300 fields. I've seen a bit already. Zala Golf is a fantastic place. The field was perfectly prepared. Interestingly located and wonderfully laid out. We also spent 3 days in apartments by the field. Very high standard of service. Excellent cuisine in the club restaurant. We will be back for sure

We played 5 days during 2 weeks on this course. And during all days our impression remained the same as on the first day: wonderful and challenging course, nice set up, middle fast greens, well supported fairways, very friendly people and last but by far not least excellent food. We highly recommend Zala Springs!
