This valley - located on the Thompson River - is considered the Desert Valley of Canada - hardly precipitates. The mountain slopes are gray and wildly rugged, looks really like in the desert.
The entrance to the Golfcourse - from the Trans Canada HWY 97 - has caused the language and the air to stay short.

No one very modern clubhouse - built in wood - with a great panorama view welcomes us. Very nice staff.
The course is orderly to heavily ondulated, with many canyons and long walks from the tee to the fairway, from the green to the tea is a really big challenge - every hole. Stops of 140 to 200 m are the rule - even the ladies are not spared.
