At Terre Blanche, the architecht Dave Thomas has designd two pretigious, inspired and talented courses whilst preserving the natural beauty of the site.
Le Château course, 6616 metres long is a demanding course in a sporting sense, a magnificent challenge accessible to any golfer with a handicap below 35.
Le Riou course, 6005 metres, elevated above the valley and its' medieval villages is a more technical course with undulating fairways. This course is reserverd tof Club Members, their guests and clients at Resort Terre Blanche.

To introduce the pleasure of golf to children at Terre Blanche and the surrounding villages, the Academy offers a junior programme for ages 7 to 18. Children receive coaching sessions each week for one and a half hours.

Nice course but unfortunately a lot of players, who should not be allowed as they dont have any handicap. Waited on every shot over 18 holes.

Played here at the beginning of December for the 3rd time. The course was playing long but the greens were impeccable and very quick for the time of year. It is always in good condition and the whole place oozes quality. The practice facilities are as good as any I have ever experienced and are worth arriving in advance of your time to warm up on. All the staff we came across were pleasant and helpful. Well worth a visit even if it is on the expensive side.

You are picked up from the car park and from then on every task is taken care of for you. The bag is strapped onto the already prepared and super clean cart. There is enough water in the cart after the round. Your clubs are cleaned after the round. The green fee also includes a basket of balls for the range, which you can pull out using the barcode on the machine. Both 18-hole courses have their charm. The course is sophisticated in design and often surprises with challenges and obstacles. Everything is well signposted so that you don't get lost. The condition is top-notch; if you end up in a bunker, it's no problem getting out again using the smooth sand. The fairways are very well maintained and so are the greens (pitch marks are still being repaired here). Of course, the greens are lightning fast, as you would expect.
After your round, all the work is done for you, so you can head straight to the restaurant or the shower rooms (everything you need is also available for green-fee guests). In the restaurant, the tables are, as expected, set with white linens, and the food is of the highest quality.
All in all, it's worth a visit; you'll be treated excellently.
