This madness is thanks to golf fanatic and mining manager Rick Mark, who worked for The Mosaic Company - which operated potash and phosphate mining here - and who built the resort somewhere in the middle of nowhere in Florida.

The blueprint is Bandon Dunes in Oregon USA, even the same "rock stars" were hired - Tom Doak, Ben Crenshaw & Bill Core and Gil Hanse, as well as the same marketer - KemperSports.
