Played on 19.2.18 for 340 Rand. Very cheap for what he offers. Partially open, partly lined with bushes. The front nine with 4 long pair 4 provided, especially in wind a difficult task. We can only confirm the previous reviews based on our impressions. Flat parkland course, wide maintained fairways, very good greens. It gets hard only when the wind comes into play. To warm up there is a pitching area at the green 10, which is too far away. There are also two impact cages with safety net and a large putting green at the 1 tee. Green fee: 245 ZAR for 18 holes, you can not complain.
St. Francis Bay seems to be the Sylt of SA: Almost exclusively thatched houses worth seeing. A little further away from the center was built a small Venice. Lagoon with sandy beaches and excellent swimming.
Conclusion: On our next trip to South Africa this place will be back on our list.
