Not fit for play as 18 hole course

Played course on 9 March 2018 after the opening of the new nine holes. Was told by the club manager prior to booking that the course was in tremendous condition. Was charged 500 rand per person, this was more expensive than the Strand, George Old Course, Goose Valley and countless other courses we played along the garden route.
After playing 10>18 first we found the course was not fit for play. It was a building site more GUR than playable land. The greens were good and the layout ha potential in years to come. Continued to play the front nine which was the original course. Was in better condition but not memorable. On complaining to manager that they should not be charging for 18 holes of golf he said I was the first complaint, this is hard to believe as three members playing in front were apologetic about the course and surprised we had been charged the fee stated. Not recommended, there are better options around

First price update: 700 Rand, cart 420 Rand each for 18 holes.
A train route runs right through the golf course and the proximity to road traffic (noise) is clearly audible!
The tracks themselves are back and forth a lot; the challenge is the wind in this region.
The positive: the greens are well maintained and fast. The staff is friendly.
