Characteristics
Regarded as one of the best golf courses in Brazil because of its impeccable maintenance and the technical requirements of its design, São Fernando Golf Club has been the venue for some of the most competitive tournaments in Brazil. From the tee box, it is possible to have a complete view of the fairways and the greens in almost all the holes. From the tee box of the 10th hole, for instance, the back nine can be visualized almost completely.
The design of the course is well diversified: there are right dog legs, left dog legs, short and long holes. The only certainty is the ten lakes that compound the course, since they have the mysterious power of attracting wandering golf balls. On the 14th hole, for example, there are two lakes running on both sides of the fairway. Access to the course is restricted to members and their guests.

Took a chance and went out here last minute. The staff was very friendly. The course is beautiful. They are working on the course now. I hope to get back one day to see the changes. Thank you for making a great trip even better.
Excellent Course within 30 mins of Downtown São Paulo

Robson, the gentleman in the Pro Shop, got me an invitation. Played in early January, 2016, and even though the greens were under repair, I was surprised at the beauty and challenge of this course. Tee's for every golfer, lots of water, lots of tough lies, pine trees and palm trees nestled together make this a must play course for Golf aficionados! From high elevated tees, the views of course and beyond are breathtaking. Carts are available, but I suggest walking with a caddie; my caddie had been there thirty years!!!
Incredible experience, can't wait to go back next year!!
