Characteristics
The course is characterised by mostly flat fairways and therefor particularly suited for just-for-for-fun-golfers. A water ditch and a lake alone demand a tactical game. Special attention is paid on this course the greenkeeping.

Not worth the money

Played on a cloudy December 28th 2018.
The good: Warm welcome at the reception, friendly and respectful green keepers on the course. The course layout is great; the greens are in good condition.
The bad: The fairways were freshly mowed, but not well-maintained: They contain a mixture of all kinds of grass. Many bunkers contained almost no sand.
The ugly: Many areas besides the fairway and between the holes look like a construction area or even a waste yard.
Buggies did not include a GPS nor any water bottles. The buggies also had problems to climb some steeper roads, although the battery indicator showed a full charge.
Very dissapointed!

The design from Olazabal is good, but the Greenkeeper needs replacing! The condition is not good - after so much rain the airways are either bare no grass or swimming in water (no water hazard or GUR markings).
No marshall on the course. It looks like they have no money for the course after building the Hotel...
Then came the shock - the ladies changing rooms are disgusting
