As I am studying in Dundee, I try all the places to play Dundee. Piperdam is no exception. I was very pleasantly surprised when I drove up there and an idyllic American suburban flair vorfand. Everything there is newly built and in absolutely perfect condition. The green fee settlement was done within a minute and 4 minutes later I was on the first tee. Then it's firstonce 170 yards over the water. Water plays a crucial role in some holes and many a golfer with a slice the golf ball like Angel should have.
The square itself offers everything your heart desires. Beautiful panoramic views, water hazards, fairways of the links courses but also remember Parkland and Heathland-style holes. So something for everyone. All holes are located around the lake Piperdam hole and work so well in hot weather, a slight breeze.
The greens are pretty fast, but the speed you get out quickly.
The Campsite is one of the most beautiful here in Dundee and definitely worth a visit. At least I will go back.
