Places like this can be found in Spain again and again. A somewhat degraded golf course, with just such houses in what used to be a modern resort - in addition to that, the somewhat over-aged (but very nice!) golfers.
Although the course cannot compete with the top courses in the country, it is definitely worth a detour. The fairways are overgrown in different ways, but at least have more to offer than just hard ground. The greens are quite different, but can also be played well with high balls.
The staff on the pitch and in the clubhouse, which was also getting a little old, was very friendly. The same applies to the two Spanish three-way flights, which let us play through and thus contributed to the fact that we finished the course in 3:15 hours.

The course is excellently laid out and lives up to its architect. The condition was acceptable according to the season. The prescriptionist was extremely friendly. But during the whole round, electronic disco whirring boomed over the place at terrific volume for 4 hours without interruption. We couldn't make out the source of the noise.
We had booked a package with two green fees, an apartment and half board. To our great surprise and annoyance, this only included a snack in the bar instead of a menu in the restaurant. We were finally served an indescribable meal from the deep fryer! Never again!
