This review is part of my travel blog from our vacation. Orestads Golf was our eighth golf stop on our roadtrip. I wish I can give half star because for me its not 4, but anyway. After quite long trip from north I was looking for some course who accept Golfhaftet card and is close to our road and not links style. We arrived late afternoon I did a quick check in looked around and start play. I was pushing 3 guys ahead of me who resist to let me go through till 6th hole :D, I could not say that course is bad or good, it was just average. Conditions of the greens are unbelievable in Nordic and Baltic states, I love it. Fairways we also nice and soft no bad spots, so nothing really what could be pointed out. What was average for me was layout, really nothing special from my point of view, but do not get me wrong it was not easy to play, quite tough shots and difficult pin locations. Front nine is not as hard as back nine where is more water and trees. Course is full of wild birds, which is nice. I played Red and Blue combination, they also have Yellow one and academy course. I will briefly comment on parking and training places, both looks good and there is enough space to practice not far from the clubhouse. I appreciated very much free yardage book and possibility to buy just one logo ball. Dressing rooms are quite ok, I seen better ones on my way, but nothing wrong here, clean and open, even after reception was closed. So thank you for hospitality.
