Flat course with relatively few challenges. The fairways are extremely dry, greens are mostly undulated but very slow.
The course maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Most bunkers are rock solid and haven't seen any maintenance for a long time.

Fairways okay, some bunkers are very hard, greens are unfortunately very slow. Green 17 holey and cruel to play and watch.
