Characteristics
The Arlberg in general and Lech in particular are world-famous winter sports destinations. With the golf course opened in 2016 in the breathtaking Zug Valley at 1,500 m above sea level, the region has now become an attractive holiday destination for golf enthusiasts from all over the world in summer.
In the small plot of Zug in the idyllic Zug Valley, the nine holes are located on both sides of the Lech river, which comes into play again and again. Nature has already set the route. Upstream it goes in the direction of Rote Wand to the Zugertobel. After the 3rd tee, the route leads along the Lech riverback to the Stierlochbach, and then past the fish pond to the start again. Accurate play and the right tactics are necessary here to play a good score.

The 9 holes are very demanding, which, due to the narrow fairways and the many pitfalls, requires exact hitting of the balls in order not to be completely beyond good and evil. Holes 3 and 4 are particularly exciting, where you have to play over the hole in order to successfully hole the hole. Otherwise a dreamlike playground in the middle of nature, surrounded by the Arlberg scenery and enthroned fir trees. The hikers give an occasional round of applause. You shouldn't let them bother you. The hiking trails lead either through or naj on the square to the fish pond.

We really enjoyed the game on the 9-hole course. Nice narrow tracks at an altitude of 1400m. We didn't expect that! The only downside is the steep price for this 9-hole or 2x9-hole. Because you sometimes have to knock off mats, the overall quality drops sharply compared to other courses in the region. There is higher quality for the same price. Therefore, unfortunately, not a second time!

Very nicely integrated into nature and wonderfully laid out, this place is simply great. Not a “wild field” but a place with tricky holes. Super!!!
