The romantic 9-hole parkland course Lans is nestled among fir, deciduous, and fruit trees. The course itself stands out with its seemingly easy fairway layout and can be played in about 90 minutes under normal frequency. From the lounge on the terrace of the modern and cozy clubhouse, one can overlook almost the entire course.
The GC Innsbruck-Igls with its Lans and Rinn courses is a must-visit for enthusiastic golfers and is worth any detour.

The first impression of Lans is really great, fairways well maintained at first glance, beautiful clubhouse, idyllic grounds.
Was it the rain at night or the lack of drainage? In any case, many of the fairways were quite wet. The bunkers were extremely hard and very wet, and there was even water in some of the bunkers.
I therefore consider € 50 as a green fee to be too expensive, even for a 9-hole course.
It is interesting that the second round of the 9 holes is sometimes played from different positions, meaning that a par 3 becomes a par 4 on the second lap - as is the case on hole 3/12, or a relatively short par 5 (hole 6 with 434 m) becomes a long par 4 with 401 m (the 15th).
Great tracks 5/14 and 6/15!
In any case the place has potential for 4 stars!!
