Characteristics
The course was planned together with Jirka Janda and Vladimir Zapotil. At first there was only a driving range, but in 1999 the 9-hole course as well as the putting and chipping green were added.

Great municipal course

Municipal course in the center of Liberec. Many short par 3. Few par 5 wher tou can play for eagle. Not that much easy. Last few holes are called Amen corner, and you can lose great score there. Be prepare and stay focused till the end. At the moment course is quite hard like other courses in czech due the hot summer. But greens are nice fast and green. Fairways are so so. Teeboxes are good. Training facilities are according to the small municipal course. Not large, but in good shape and suficient enough. This course also have e holes academy for beginners. Great restaurant there, serving daily menu and very friendly staff. What we love best, is you can take dog and stroller with your baby on course, but please follow the golf rules and behave. Make sure you want destroy this advantage.

First of all: You mustn't let yourself be misled when you arrive, even if the road gets narrower and you think you're totally wrong. Just keep going and suddenly you're standing in front of the clubhouse.
Staff very friendly, everything uncomplicated and pleasant.
Holes 1,2,18 are almost "transfer" around the driving range, but still ok. After that you play essentially on a plateau, rather flat, but with a nice view of the Jested.
Place well maintained and in the second part it will be more varied.

The golf course is located in a scenic area (with a view of the observation tower on Jeschken / Ještěd) and is really in top condition. But it is not very demanding and the lanes are often close together, so that you only play back and forth a lot. Nevertheless, there are some nice spots on some lanes in the second half. The price is very good for the quality of the course (lower price level) and the equipment around the driving range is top. Only the sanitary facilities were poor (no water available), so that only the toilets in the restaurant were available. There was very good food in the restaurant, but only in the cool outside area (tent extension) due to Corona.
The staff in the reception are very friendly and we were allowed to stay with our motorhome in the hotel's own parking lot overnight and even use a power connection on the outside of the kitchen building.
Conclusion: not an absolutely spectacular place, but always worth a visit.
