Our golf course can be found in Szarvaskút, in the heart of a picturesque Bakony region of Hungary, just 5 minutes drive from Zirc. Our course is quite unique in europe in that we have 9 greens but 2 "sets" of tees for each hole, therefore we are offering 18 unique holes. The course provides an enjoyable and comfortable, but challenging game for even the most avid golfer amongst us. The course has been builts on only 30 hectars, but space the limited amount of space has been well used and the design will satisfy you. The two "sets" of tees are for Pro's, Amateur Men and Women and Seniors. On 2 of the the holes you will find that we have parallel fairways running towards the green..even more margin for error then..
Among the club’s services members and guest can enjoy e-cart, trolley, covered driving range tees, chipping-, pitching & putting greens, golf academy, proshop. Greenfee prices include the range fee and a basket of balls to warm up with. Our clubhouse with its relaxed atmosphere provides quick snacks and in the hotel our guest can enjoy the culinary kitchen.

Golf does not seem to be gaining ground in Hungary, unlike in Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Poland or Slovakia!
The Forest Hills Resort, with its hotel and beautifully designed 9-hole course on a hill, is also showing signs of disintegration.
The tennis courts were overgrown, the fairways so-so, but the greens were good!
But here, as at Balaton GC, there are Foodgolf flags!
While in Balaton they are cleverly placed to the side, in Forest Hills they are spread out over the whole course, on the 8th even directly behind the green! This means that the footballers play over the green to their football hole, which this green was just as good as the other 8, unbelievable!
For me, the golf situation in Hungary is simply explained by the lack of a middle class. There are rich people and super rich people, but when you drive through the country you ask yourself, is the rest just poor and poorer?
That's just my layman's conclusion!
Because the clubs simply have no members and only green fee players are not enough!
Nevertheless, you can play Forest Hills at any time, a really good golf course was built there, there was a lot more to it, the step back to a normally maintained pure golf course would not be that big!
