Arthur Hills has built over 250 golf courses, about one third are private. Especially on Florida's west coast, he could let off steam - from Naples to Tampa.

We still knew the old place - built in 1971 - because we first played here in 1997. In 2004 he was renovated. The original layout has been moderately changed. New greens with new grass and drainage were installed. Since then we played three or four times here.
