This championship George Fazio designed course was founded in 1973. The land was once a coffee plantation. It is heavily wooded with narrow fairways and only a few fairway bunkers. The Bermuda grass greens are fairly large, fast and well-bunkered. One of the best in the country.

Pretty hilly golf course with some sloping fairways.
Somewhat dated infrastructure but quite well maintained environment. Recommend caddy and cart.

Demanding, varied round

Costa Rica is a dream destination but San José is a hectic, crowded place. Since a round of golf is the only right time distribution. After registration we had easy access and were very friendly welcome.
