We played 18 holes in june. nice course, indeed. – but: since then I get numerous invoices for a «membership» I never applied for. – that's out of the question! I'll never play any burggolf course in my life again.

Golf course with blemishes

We played the course in June 2022. It's a top place. Very varied, lots of water and fast greens. When we visited, the place was in perfect condition. There is always a safe way for higher handicappers, so that all handicap classes can really enjoy the game here.
It's just a pity that everything around the square is very old. Yes, you can have a beer and something to eat. But that's not really fun on a run-down terrace.
Anyone who wants to play a sporty round of golf is guaranteed to be in the right place in Purmerend. If you also value a sociable round after the round, you should rather choose another place.

Great golf trip

On the run from the concrete-hard, burnt places of the homeland we have discovered here a green oasis. All full green, great fairways and fast greens. Not to mention great exercise facilities.
Between Amsterdam and Volendam for excursions in the evening great location, the hotel is a bit old, but clean, the breakfast was tidy, the restaurant was very good.
The 4x9 holes in varying degrees of difficulty, from the easy red course to the ball-eating white water mermaid course, offer corresponding challenges for every level of play.
Start times were not a problem, the staff always tried hard to fulfill the wishes. The green fee was at 49, - € (18 holes) for hotel guests in my opinion very fair.
We will definitely be back.
