Characteristics
The 18-hole-course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, is situated directly at the sea, 5 greens are situated in immediate proximity of the steep coast, where the waves break and offer the players a spectacular show. Several holes lead you to believe that you are driving the ball directly into the ocean! A lake with a water fall as well as the clubhouse, situated in the middle of the course, giive the course and additional flair.

Super beautiful course

Played in Jan 2021, single Hdc, Very beautiful course as nearly all holes have a view to the water, some of them look spectacular.
Greens are medium fast, fareways in excellent condition and the drving range is doing its job.
Price is too high by 20%
Course playes relatively short as the longer holes are downhill.

Everything is about money in Tenerife. Golf courses are also not an exception. At the reception they do not ask for HCP certification, start every 8 minutes.
First of all, a few words about the restaurant in the golf club house.
Never before have I seen a poster with the food they offer in the golf club house.
I ordered a roasted chicken, and I got a cold chicken that looked cooked, and in the middle it was still raw, which is life-threatening. Of course I sent it back to the kitchen. Too bad. The restaurant is beautiful and probably empty due to inappropriate attitude towards guests.
The golf course and the surrounding area are beautiful, quick and soft greens. The golf course offers enough challenges, especially in the wind.
I was lucky to have played a golf course in less than four hours. One day before the players did not have such luck, they played 5-6 hours.
Despite the poor food experience, I recommend the Buenovista golf course.
I even had an opportunity for an eagle on the 13th Hole, which is just by the sea...

Played here 3 times in our 1 week stay in May.
Actually only saw other golfers on the last day - it was unreal!
The course is fairly easy but not unchallenging, the hardest part is keeping your concentration on the back 9 when looking out to the sea - next stop America a few thousand miles away.
Would quite happily move here and play 5 days a week.
