Boya Eagles Golf & Country Club

In 2004, the idea to start a golf investment in the eastern part of Hungary was realized by Éva Barna and Theo Kuppens. (a hungarian and a belgian enterpreneur)

They found a suitable area in Vámospércs, situated 25 kms from Debrecen.

The golf course was built in 2007, designed by architects of G&G Hauser, Golf & Landscape from Vienna.

Gerold and Gunther Hauser are recognized specialists in the architecture of golf courses. They have realized more than 50 projects all over Europe.

The plan of Boya Eagles was created with the careful preparation of the expert golf architects, were used all the value of elements of the area in the planning and trees, lakes and dunes in a combination between rolling planes, lakes and forest, became part of the golf course.

Nowadays you can find a really beautiful, spectacle championship golf course in a green rural environment, on a 61 Ha area (5 holes with 3 Par; 8 holes with 4 Par; 5 holes with 5 Par).

The location of Boya Eagles course gives the chance to step into the international golf tourism, because the second biggest hungarian city, Debrecen has an international airport, furthermore very close to the romanien border, and takes only 2-2,5 hours by car from Slovakia.

Thanks to this geographical post, there were many inernational tour between the hungarian and slovakian golfers, organized by the club. The locatoin of Boya Eagles course is a real mediate for three countries, the romanian and slovakian golfers are very fond of this beautiful course.

The club offers a very excellent golf package for a long weekend in Hotel Óbester****, which can combined with a perfect medical bath, and dental care.
