Great golf course

We played here on August 5th 2013, great course, very well maintained, the fairways, the greens were all you could wish for! Keep the ball on the fairways or semi rough though... Once in the rough, it's gone... An open course little or none water hazards, not a links course any more due to the many houses around the course. Friendly staff, nice clubhouse.

Atlantic Beach libks is a very exciting and challenging course. A residential area with a golf course has been created here in hilly fynbos land with fantastic views of Table Mountain. The course is challenging to play, mistakes are sometimes mercilessly punished by the bushland, the ball eats balls, but it is always interesting and varied. You rarely find wide fairways, you often have to play precisely!
Reception and starters are always friendly and make you feel welcome here! The fairways are not always dark green, but there is grass everywhere and hardly any holes, even if it is sometimes yellow. The only real drawback is the sometimes brutal wind from the direction of Table Mountain, sometimes you have to choose two clubs higher, which makes the balls fly far on other holes! You have to play in an adapted way.
